- 1 / 5By Holly MccoyTerrible customer service. Not prompt. Sat at the drive through for 2 minutes before they even spoke to me. Waited for 1 car in front of me for 7 minutes. Then when I got to the last window they handed me the wrong order and kid almost jumped out the window asking me to stop and hand the bag back. Told me to pull forward after that. Took forever for a quick stop and minimal people in drive through and in parking lot. Saw workers just standing around, too.February 21, 2017
- 4 / 5By Beth MarcottCashier was not great...older with a tongue ring...ewe...then an upper mgt dude was giving a pep talk to the male shift mgr, Brian, right in front of us...and is continuing. The shift mgr doesn't seem very knowledgeable and upper mgt guy kind of made fun of him for that. Not cool really...food was good...well except the fries...Thankfully kids don't care about the people waiting on them or the appearance of them...May 29, 2016
